Territory Manager

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Develop sales plans and forecasts for key customers and accounts in Solo Raya Territory; implement sales and trading programs; monitor sales progress, stock position, and collection; and conclude sales activities so that the sales objectives are met. 

Implement the promotional activities for focus products. 

Implement Sales Excellence and Merchandising program. 

Report sales activities, including trading program and customer feedback; sample usage; and information on competitor activities (i.e. price, stock, promotion and distribution) to the Regional Sales Manager Central Java. 

Manage and supervise the activities of Sales Promotor(s) and reallocate their resources to improve and maximize overall results. 

Main Objective is : to contribute to the achievement of the Company’s sales budget and to support the marketing operations, especially promotion activities in the assigned area. 

KUALIFIKASI

• Education: University degree in agronomy or plant protection. 
• Experiences; at least 3 years of relevant experience in Crop Protection industry 
• Good understanding of agriculture practices. 
• Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 
• Good leadership with ability to motivate a team 
• Moderate skills in English as advantage
